Richard Kerry is the Project Director for the Spanish consultancy company TYPSA, who are lead partner for the supervision of the Plovdiv – Svilengrad Railway project. Richard is a Chartered Civil Engineer from the UK and a management board member of the Bulgarian Association of Consulting Companies in Railway Construction.
He is a member of the Association for Project Management and is currently working towards an MSc in Construction Law and Dispute Resolution, at Kings College London.
