Nikolay Neov is the head "Office Space" at MBL|CB Richard Ellis. He took part in the establishment of the company in 2007 and is in charge of the development of the "Office Space" department since then. He has managed the consultancy and agency services presented to a large number of tenants, landlords, buyers and developers. The list of clients includes Heitman, Soravia, GE, HP, Renault-Nissan, Shell, Nokia etc.
He holds an MBA in "International Business" and "IT for Management and Marketing" from the Kogod School of Business, USA.
Prior to joining MBL|CBRE, Nikolay Neov worked for CoStar Group – the commercial real estate's global leading provider of information, analytic and marketing services, where he was part of the research team servicing the Detroit and Chicago markets. Later he was part of the "Investment and Corporate Advisory Services" team at Colliers International in Sofia.
