Hristo Asenov is Manager "Land and Industrial Properties" at MBL|CB Richard Ellis since the establishment of the company in September 2007, and from September 2009 he occupies also the position of Director "Agency Services". He is in charge of the development of the MBL brokerage services. He has participated in a great number of transactions with commercial properties and has serviced landlords and tenants, amongst which are Lamda Developments, Kaven Orbico, Chipita, BNK, Billa, Miroglio, and others. Hristo Asenov is actively involved in the Shell property management project.
Hristo Asenov has a Bachelor degree in "Business Administration" and a Master degree in "Management and Information Systems" from Sofia University "St. Kliment Ohridski". Prior to joining MBL|CBRE he worked as a Consultant in the "Land and Industrial Space" department of Forton International and as a Consultant "International Clients" at Address Real Estates.
