Eng. Stefan Kinarev is the Board Manager of the Chamber of Engineers in the Investment Design.
He is a lecturer at the construction department of the University of Architecture, Civil Engineering and Geodesy and is also the director of the training department of the university.
He has graduated as a civil engineer and specialized in hydroenergy construction at the University of Architecture, Civil Engineering and Geodesy, Sofia.
In 1973, he was awarded ‘Engineer’ by the Technical University – mathematician in applied mathematics.
Mr. Kinarev specialized at the Saint Petersburg-based construction institute, the Technical University – Athens, City University - London, etc.
Some of the projects he has taken part in include: Dynamic analysis of the National Palace of Culture - Sofia; ‘Interpred’ administrative building; Static and dynamic analyses of Buhalufa dam (Algeria) etc.
He has been an expert in static and dynamic analysis of buildings and hydro-technical equipment for both Bulgarian and international companies.
