Boris Borisov is Executive Director of Sopharma Properties REIT – an exclusive partner of BalRec, Financial Director of Sopharma and Executive Director of DOVERIE- United Holding PLC – one of the leading Bulgarian holdings made up of 20 companies operating in different sectors.
In 1991, Mr. Borisov graduated ‘Finance and Leasing’ from the University of National and World Economy in Sofia.
Since August 1991, he has been employed by Electronica, Sofia Bank, as Senior Accountant. Between August 1997 and March 1999, he worked as Financial Consultant at Agricultural Credit Bank. From December 1999 until July 2002 he was Commercial Proxy at Engstroy, Sofia and for the period July 2002 – April 2006 - Investor Relations at Sopharma, Sofia.
