Lilyana Pavlova is a Deputy Minister of Regional Development and Public Works.
She is responsible for Directorate General 'Regional Development Programming', directorate 'Executive agency – PHARE program', directorate 'European Infrastructure Projects'.
She has a Doctor's degree in Economics and a Master's in Public Administration and European Integration.
For the period 2002-2009 she has been Head of department at directorate 'National fund' at the Ministry of Finance. She has worked as an expert at the ISPA Co-ordination unit.
