Within a year and a half we will have a modern sports centre in Plovdiv Trakia neighbourhood, announced Plovdiv dep. mayor Georgi Tityukov.

The investor is SK Avangard Ltd. winning of a 25-year concession for construction and operation of the project.

The investment will amount to BGN 1.13m. The municipality owned plot is 4,192 sq. m in A-7.8 residential zone in Plovdiv.

The facility will have two complex playgrounds, children's playground, three multifunctional halls.
It is composed of two main blocks of one and two floors.

On the ground level there is an entrance lobby, a children's centre, a cafe, a shop and three multifunctional halls for box, yoga and aerobics, with a SPA centre in the basement.
