The site is 3,350 sq. m, the built-up area is 1,469 sq. m, the gross-floor area is 9,466 sq. m. The main access is form the north. On the ground level there is a souvenir shop, tourist office, a business centre, spa centre and an outdoor swimming pool, a children daycare. In the basement of 2,898 sq. m there are parking lots with 30 slots, a fitness gym, a piano bar, spa and water procedures guaranteeing the normal functioning of the building. The restaurant has 60 seats and a conference room for 150 persons.
