The short list comprises Foster+Partners, Zaha Hadi Ltd., Dominique Perrault Architect, Obedinenie G-3, Fuksas Associati S.R.L. and Consortium Adais Proekt. They will be invited to present their bids. Two of the participants are Bulgarian associations G-3 and Consortium Adais Proekt, four are world renowned architects.
